Forms part of a series that introduces ancient civilizations through 3D animation sequences which reconstruct ancient scenes, current location footage, and authoritative commentary and analysis. Focuses on architectural monuments and ruins while providing insight into ancient history and the daily lives of ancient people. Vol. 1 examines the history of the ancient city of Carthage in what is now Tunisia, its trade-based culture, and the events leading up to its downfall in the hands of the Romans.

Vol. 2 focuses on the biblical lands of the ancient Hebrews, particularly the city of Jerusalem. Includes graphic recreations of the Ark of the Covenant and the Temple on the Mount.
