The work of architect Yuri Zagorin (b. Mexico City in 1973) is concerned with integrating profitability and cost efficiency in his projects, as well as care for construction details to achieve quality work. One of his major interests is the residential housing of social interest, so it has been involved in this topic investigating him to revive the areas where the projects are works of greater impact in every way. The book compiles sixteen of the projects made by the fifteen years of existence of his study. On the other hand, an interview with ideas, experiences, anecdotes, and influences of the architect that begins in the cover of the book, and moves towards the end of the book. Thus, the book reflects the personality of the author.
