On 14 Sept. 2003 at a hotel in Basra, Iraq, Baha Mousa and nine others were arrested by the British Army as suspected insurgents. Two days later Baha Mousa was dead. In 2008 a public inquiry was held into Baha Mousa's death and treatment of those detained with him. This docu-drama brings together scenes from the Public Inquiry.
